Let’s get one thing straight - anything Zakk Wylde touches, turns to pure, raw metal gold that can blow the roof off. Moving from being the lead guitarist for the Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osborne to Pride & Glory to various solo excursions to Black Label Society, Zakk Sabbath, and more recently Pantera, Zakk Wylde has cemented himself as one of the world’s best guitarists, with recognition at the Hollywood Rock Walk of Fame and a Metal Hammer Golden God Award. And they have it right - he is a metal god through and through.
Zakk Wylde’s primary project Black Label Society has released twelve studio albums, with the latest Engines Of Demolition dropping in March 2026. The long-running doom crew also features bassist John DeServio, rhythm guitarist Dario Lorina, and drummer Jeff Fabb, along with Wylde as lead guitarist and frontman. Whenever this powerhouse lineup descends upon a stage, it’s a feast of ferocity, machine gun riffs, freight train-type shredding, thunderous basslines, pummeling drums, dual guitar solos ripping through the air, and jolts of pure electricity hitting the crowd in a massive, nearly incomprehensible wall of sound. They’re loud, they’re heavy, they’re primal, and they take absolutely no prisoners.
Black Label Society is slated to rain hellfire upon North American venues this summer and fall, following their current North American and European tours. The American Crusade 2026 tour will see the legendary frontman pull double duty once more as member of Black Label Society as well as special guest Zakk Sabbath, Zakk Wylde’s side-hustle Black Sabbath tribute band. The American Crusade 2026 tour is slated to kick off in late August 2026 in Albany, New York, with stops in Asheville, Dallas, Chesterfield, Raleigh, Grand Rapids, Albuquerque, Boise, and Tacoma, among others, before wrapping up in early October on your doorstep.
